The Golden Sail Dance Troupe of our school participated in major activities of Diaoyutai State Guesthouse

On the morning of September 28, the awarding ceremony of the UNESCO Prize for Girls' and Women's Education 2023 was held in Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. Madam of the President Xi Jinping, and the UNESCO Special Envoy Peng Liyuan for Promoting Girls' and Women's Education, and the UNESCO Director General Azoule jointly attended and delivered speeches. The Golden Sail Dance Troupe of our school is honored to have performed "Colorful Dream” on stage.

The program consisted of three dances of Mongolian, Miao and Tibetan nationalities. Whether it was the Mongolian dance from the vast grassland stretch long, the free and cheerful Miao dance in the simple Miao village, or the sacred and mysterious Tibetan dance on the snowy plateau, all showed the happiness and joy of the Chinese people of all ethnic groups.

On the Chinese land of outstanding people and loving mountains and rivers, people of all ethnic groups work together to build dreams, use the diligence and wisdom endowed by this fertile land to create a better life and integrate simple and noble feelings into the national song and dance room. The students of the dance troupe danced the landscape with enthusiasm, showing the charm of the colorful Chinese nation and injecting youthful vitality into the ceremony.

Principal Wang Liping, Vice Principal Liang Yuancao and some teachers and student representatives were also invited to attend the award ceremony.
